  • Assist president in fulfilling duties
  • Run meetings in absence of president
  • Participate in induction ceremony
  • Coordinate committees
  • Organize projects

Secretary: Justin Mellott
Responsibilities:
  • Record minutes at meetings
  • Distribute minutes to officers
  • Handle correspondence
  • Participate in induction ceremony

Treasurer: Hannah Williams
Responsibilities:
  • Obtain report of financial status from Financial Office
  • Report financial status to group at meetings
  • Work on fall and spring fundraisers
  • Participate in induction ceremony

Historian: Laura Hawkins
Responsibilities:
  • Take photographs at chapter activities
  • Collect publicity of chapter activites for scrapbook
  • Maintain scrapbook
  • Participate in induction ceremony

Webmaster: Gary Swope
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain chapter web site
